A new capsule collection for Spring/Summer 2023 from Carhartt WIP and Awake York is on it’s way and honors their enduring partnership. The eight-piece collection mixes the functional designs of Carhartt WIP with the recognizable prints and eye-catching needlework of Awake NY.
The Carhartt WIP x Awake York collection features iconic Carhartt WIP designs, like the OG Active Jacket, which features dual-branded embroidery and floral graphics by Awake NY. The collection also includes the painterly-printed Awake York Double Knee Pant, Hooded Hoodie, and Teddy Jacket in varsity style, which has a green exterior and faux leather sleeves.
Knitwear items, like the jacquard Awake York Cardigan and the Un Amor Beanie with a Square Label woven on its front, are added to the collection. The collection’s color scheme mostly matches the traditional Awake NY color scheme of Black, Dark Green, Blue, and Hamilton Brown.
On April 6, the Carhartt WIP x Awake NY capsule collection will go on sale at a few select Carhartt WIP locations, international retailers, and on the websites of both companies. The campaign for the line was styled by creative director Alastair McKimm and photographed by renowned fashion photographer Mario Sorrenti.
