Supreme’s Week 8 Drop features a range of practical and stylish items. The standout pieces are made with GORE-TEX PACLITE® – a waterproof and breathable material designed to withstand even the toughest weather conditions.
The GORE-TEX PACLITE® Lightweight Shell Jacket is a full-zip jacket with hidden velcro placket, available in black, blue, and multicolor. It features zip hand pockets at lower front, velcro flap patch pockets at chest with dual top and side entry, hidden zip pocket at sleeve, interior elastic shockcord at packable hood and hem, side zip gussets with perforated logos, and woven logo labels at chest pocket and back neck tab. The matching GORE-TEX PACLITE® Cargo Pant are perfect for outdoor activities and come with taped seams to keep you dry. And why not add the GORE-TEX PACLITE® Long Bill Camp Cap or Net Boonie which is waterproof and breathable with a packable mosquito netting to the purchase as well.
It’s interesting to note that the multicolor colorway of the GORE-TEX PACLITE® items in Supreme’s Week 8 Drop was actually seen back in 2006 on a Burton AK jacket and pants. This is why rumors were circulating at the beginning of the season that we might see a Burton collaboration. The Burton AK jacket from 2006 was a true treasure, hidden in their catalog and only glimpsed in various images. The jacket was available in a color halftone print, which was created by magnifying a CMYK image to the point where the dots become circles, rendering the actual image unrecognizable. Despite the technicalities, the Burton AK jacket with the halftone print became a highlight in outerwear that year and remains a sought-after piece among collectors.
In addition to the GORE-TEX items, the Week 8 Drop also features a range of other stylish and practical items. The Terry Pattern Crusher hat comes in black, brown, green, grey, and yellow, and is perfect for keeping the sun out of your eyes. The Baggy Denim Short is a comfortable and casual option for those warmer days out and about, available in washed black, dirty indigo, green, and washed blue.
The Loose Fit S/S Oxford Shirt is a classic addition to any wardrobe, available in light blue, black, bright green, and white. The Patchwork S/S Shirt features a unique and eye-catching multicolor or full black patchwork pattern, made with all cotton. The Leather Snake Trench Coat comes in brown and black, with a debossed snakeskin pattern and jacquard logo viscose lining.
