Supreme and Coogi are teaming up for a collaboration that’s set to drop later this Spring/Summer 2023 season, and we couldn’t be more excited. Coogi, the Australian knitwear brand that gained fame in the 80s and 90s for their bold, colorful designs, is a perfect match for Supreme’s streetwear aesthetic and limited edition drops.
For those who aren’t familiar with Coogi, the brand was founded in 1969 by Jacky Taranto and became iconic when rapper Notorious B.I.G. started wearing their sweaters in his music videos and on stage. However, the line “Coogi down to the socks like I’m Biggie Poppa” is actually from the ASAP Rocky song “Fashion Killa”. The line has become a memorable one in hip hop and helped cement Coogi’s place in fashion history.

We could definitely see Supreme x Coogi releasing their sweaters with a Supreme twist but could also see some accessories like Balaclavas which also fit into Supremes collection.
